What you need
- Windows, with MetaTrader 5 installed
- An MT5 account with a broker — your own, or our partner broker on the $49 plan
- A machine that stays on — your PC, or our VPS at $10/month
No Trade Signal IQ account is needed to run it for free.
Free means free. There is nothing to sign up for. Install this Expert Advisor and it trades our live signals straight away — every symbol we cover, at the minimum lot size, on alternating trading days, with no time limit.
Four steps, once
The whole thing takes a few minutes. After this, you never touch it again.
Put the file in the Experts folder
In MetaTrader 5 open File → Open Data Folder, then go into MQL5\Experts and copy
TradeSignalIQ.ex5 there.
Refresh the Navigator
Back in the terminal, right-click Expert Advisors in the Navigator panel and choose Refresh.
TradeSignalIQ will appear in the list.
Allow automated trading and web access
Turn on Algo Trading in the toolbar. Then open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick
Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add https://tradesignaliq.com.
Drag it onto a chart
Drop the EA onto any open chart and confirm. One chart is enough — it handles every symbol you have selected. A smiling face in the corner means it is running.
Both permissions are required. Without Algo Trading the EA cannot place orders, and without the WebRequest entry it cannot read the signal feed. If either is missing it will simply sit there doing nothing.

On the free plan
Lot size is held at the broker minimum on every symbol, and the EA trades on alternating days. Your input values are ignored until you upgrade.
On a paid plan
Sizing is entirely yours, and the EA trades every trading day. Compare plans
Common first-run problems
The EA is loaded but no trades appear
Check that Algo Trading is enabled, that https://tradesignaliq.com is listed under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → Allow WebRequest, and that the terminal is connected to your broker. All three are needed before an order can be placed.
Some signals were skipped
On the free plan the EA only opens trades on alternating days, so roughly half are expected to be skipped. Otherwise, check whether the terminal was closed or offline when the signal was issued — a VPS removes that gap entirely.
One symbol is never traded
Broker symbol names differ — XAUUSD versus XAUUSD.m, for example. Confirm the instrument exists in your broker's Market Watch, and that it is selected in your watchlist on the site.
Will it interfere with my own trades?
No. The EA tags its own positions with a dedicated magic number and only manages those. Anything you open by hand is left alone.
Windows flagged the file
Compiled MetaTrader programs are not code-signed, so a browser or antivirus may warn on first download. Verify the SHA-256 checksum shown above matches your copy, and if anything looks wrong, contact us before running it.
That is genuinely all of it
No account, no licence key, no card. Install it and the Expert Advisor starts trading. When you want daily execution, your own lot sizes and the signal dashboard, the paid plans are there — not before.
